With myTimeBack, consumers can now continue with their lives instead of having their lives stalled in queues. They can go about running their other errands and still be called upon when their turn is up.
If you are joining a queue that uses the myTimeBack queue management service,
1) at the queue reception, collect your queue ticket which contains the merchant code and your queue position number.
2) enter the merchant code and you immediately start to monitor the queue. If you wish, you can enter the queue position number so that you can be notified when your queue number is called.
The myTimeBack client in full screen mode can be used by the merchant to display the queue number to clients without the myTimeBack client app. Thus all clients can be served by the myTimeBack queue management service.
